Green peas Fritters

Green peas Fritters are a very delicious food enjoyed all over the india during winter season.
It was made by main ingredient green peas which is a very good source of vitamins, minerals.
Serving :-4
Preparation time :-20 minutes.
Ingredients :-
- Green peas -250 gm
- Chopped onions – 2 medium sized
- Cumin seeds – 2 tbsp
- Rice flour -50 gm
- Gram flour -50 gm
- Chopped spring onions -handful
- Chopped coriander leaves -handful
- Salt to taste
- Green chilli’s – as per taste or 2-3
Method :-
- Mix all the ingredients listed above in a bowl .
- Add them in mixer jar and coarsely grind all the ingredients to make a mixture for Fritters.
- Place appe make in a high heat flame .
- Grease all the pots of appe maker with oil and put the mixture inside pot.
- Press gently from top and cover it for 4-5 mins.
- Check after 4-5 mins if required then cook for while till crisp from inside.
- Turn all Fritters to other side and cook .
- Sprinkle little oil onto all.
- After being cooked and crisp from both sides take out and serve hot with chutney or SAUCE.
Note :- You can increase or decrease the ingredients quantity as per your suit ,else method is always same.
