SPROUTED MOONG & BENGAL GRAM SALAD





Sprouted Moong & bengal gram Salad is made with sprouted green gram ,bengal gram ,onion,cucumber  and tomatoes tossed with tamarind juice & mild spices.

This is an easy recipe to prepare. Sprouts salad can be created with minimal ingredients and can be had in one or more go.

This salad can be served as a snack or light breakfast or even light lunch and is quite popular as a salad in parties.

Ingredients below:-
2 Cups Sprouted Moong (Green Gram)-100 gm
Bengal gram - 50 gm
1 big size Onion
2 big size boiled potatoes
2 Medium Sized Tomato
2-3 Green Chili
2-3  Teaspoon tamarind Juice
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
Fried papdis
As per taste Rock Salt (Kala Namak)
1tsp chaat masala













Take all the ingredients one by one shown in picture above and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves & serve.
