MOONG DAL PANCAKES

Moong dal pan cakes are a very delicious recipe which was made all over india as a breakfast recipe. It has full of proteins and powerhouse of nutrients , especially a good choice for children’s.
Ingredients :-
1) Moong dal (green lentils) – 100 gm
2) ‎green peas – 50 gm (1 cup)
3) ‎green chilli’s – as per your need
4) ‎grated ginger – 2 tbsp
5) ‎eno -1/2 pouch
6) ‎salt – as per your requirement
7) ‎chopped coriander leaves – 1 cup
8) ‎cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Method :-
1) Add moong dal,green peas,grated ginger,green chilli’s,cumin seeds into mixer jar and grind all the ingredients to make a fine paste.
2) ‎Add some water if needed to make a fine paste.
3) ‎Add salt ,eno ,chopped coriander leaves into paste and mix well .
4) ‎Heat pan ,after grease some oil into heated pan .
5) ‎Pour the prepared batter into heated greased pan and spread it wisely evenly into circular motion.
6) ‎Sprinkle some oil onto top of pancake.
7) ‎Wait 1-2 minute and after sprinkle some oil and flip the pancake to other side.
8) ‎Cook from other side as well for 1 minute .
9) ‎Now pancake is ready and serve hot with green coriander chutney.
10) ‎Note cook all the pancakes in medium heat flame, as it will turn black if flame is too high.
